The Template of Description of Production Activity prepared for the purpose of applying for registration in the Agricultural Retail Trade Register – 8 pages in the format of ODT (Word), font size 12. It includes: Area and scope of cultivation; Description of assortment and sales; Description of production premises; Shelf life, allergens, labeling, transportation; Description of hygienic principles during the technological process; Recipes for products ready for sale to the final consumer, taking into account GHP principles.
2. Risk analysis model associated with food production in home conditions – developed according to the Guidelines for Good Hygienic and Production Practice for the production of non-animal origin food in home conditions using plant materials from own crops and within agricultural retail trade, Warsaw 2019, and with the use of my extensive experience in risk analysis in the IT industry. File format ods (excel).
3. Model Store Information – information that is included at sales points, to fulfill the requirement of labeling that agricultural retail trade products are sold there. It contains a description of the products and a list of allergens. File format: .odt (Word).
